Three important ag events will highlight a busy July schedule for Mid-South cotton producers as they move into the heart of the 2009 crop season.

Agricenter International of Memphis, Tenn., will host its bi-annual Ag Technology Field Day on Thursday, July 16. The event will feature on-site tours, beginning at 7 a.m. and concluding with lunch.

On the same day, the Delta Re-search and Extension Center (DREC) in Stoneville, Miss., will once again host its annual field day, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Lunch also will be served.

Just a few days later, the Southern Cotton Ginners Association will host its annual summer meeting on July 20-22 at the Chateau on the Lake Resort & Spa at Branson, Mo.
